The Following will be billed as Incurred:

Farrier, Laundry, Medicines, Wormers, Supplements

Safety Rules:

1. Barn hours are: Monday – Friday 6:00am – 9:00pm
Saturday & Sunday 7:00am – 9:00pm
Special arrangements can be made for shows, clinic, etc.

2. Always think safety first.

3. Smoking is not permitted in any buildings. Please dispose of butts properly.

4. Drive slowly in driveway. Please watch for children and animals.

5. Appropriate shoes or boots and headgear are recommended for all riders. Helmets must be worn by anyone 18 and under not accompanied by an adult.

6. Riding or working alone with horses is an unsafe practice. Please bring a friend or try to ride with another boarder.

8. Both arenas are available to all boarders for their horse’s exercise during regular barn hours (make sure outdoor is dry first). When entering the arenas, appreciate the needs of those already using the arena. Turnout in indoor must be supervised. Please do not allow horses to destroy items in the arena or chew on stall walls.

9. If trail riding, please be considerate of others property. Do not ride in fields when wet or planted. If in doubt ask.

10. Keep horses off asphalt driveway and grass areas around the house and pond. All horse activities will take place behind the house and arena barn.

11. We recycle. Place all paper trash in green trash can. Cans and bottles can be left on the cabinet, put in the bucket by the tackbox or taken with you.

12. Theft will not be tolerated. Insurance and security of tack and personal items are the responsibility of each boarder.

13. Personal dogs are not allowed on the farm.

14. Please put all wheelbarrows, forks, shovels, etc. in designated areas after use.

15. Do not dump water around hydrant areas. Water buckets can be spread across arena in nonfreezing conditions.

16. Do not switch buckets or feed tubs from one horse to another.

17. All lights should be out except when absolutely needed. Turn off all lights if you are the last one to leave.

18. Do not tie horses to doors, gates, or stall bars.

19. Report any needed stall and equipment repairs.

20. Report any injuries or accidents at once.

21. Report any emergency situations to Brenda or Mark.
